At Genorix, we want customers to have clear information about returns and refunds before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must generally be:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• In the original packaging, where applicable

• Complete with accessories, manuals, and included components

• Free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or neglect

Certain products may have additional return requirements because of their size, condition, fuel/oil status, or manufacturer requirements.

Important Generator Return Requirement

For safety and transportation reasons, customers should not ship a generator back without first receiving return instructions from Genorix.

Please contact us before sending any generator or power equipment back.

Non-Returnable Conditions

A return may be refused or reduced where the product has been:

• Used beyond reasonable inspection

• Damaged through misuse or improper operation

• Modified or altered

• Improperly installed

• Damaged through improper storage

• Returned without required accessories or components

• Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly at:

Please provide your order number and, when requested, photographs or other information needed to assess the issue.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item attributable to Genorix, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any applicable return shipping costs or deductions will be communicated before the return is finalized.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Once issued by Genorix, the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amount

If an order qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount will be determined according to the applicable return circumstances and any disclosed shipping or return charges.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable when the customer simply changes their mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated at checkout.
